Rate limits

Per-API-key quotas. When you exceed a limit MortgageMeter responds with HTTP 429 and a Retry-After header.

POST /v1/calculate/:slug	100 req/hour

Coming soon/v1/sheets and /v1/leads aren't live yet; their limits will be published here when they ship.
